Spending time in both the GP and the Medical Education department at Imperial College London based in South Kensington (Wednesday and Friday) where you teach Medical students on professionalism and ethical values.

ITP Posts combine an equal mix of a GP post with another area.
In this case, time will be spent in the Paeds department including ward,ED, day care,PAU and GP.
Only covering 9-5pm shifts. Some days can have 12-8pm shift in paediatric ED.
Also involves placement in clinics and community paediatric clinic.

Usually split with GP, so 3 months in Gp 3 months full time in GUM. Usually spent taking sexual health consultations and examinations. Good opportunity to sign off some of your CEPS

Three days at GP, 1 day in gynae (no on calls, clinic based mainly), and 1 day in GUM clinic at the Caryl Thomas Clinic at NPH, really good variety and experience.

Spend 1.5 days per week in Rheumatology clinics, mainly in the early arthritis clinic. See patients independently, followed up with senior discussion after each patient. Also opportunity to observe metabolic bone clinics
